JOB POSTINGS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General labour (Warehouse, Packaging, Light Labour)
- Warehouse Duties: Loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing materials or products in the warehouse.
- Packaging Tasks: Assembling, labeling, and sealing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards.
- Light Labour Work: Assisting with light lifting, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Equipment Handling: Operating basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (if required).
- Compliance & Safety: Following workplace safety guidelines, reporting hazards, and adhering to company policies.
General labour (Warehouse, Manufacturing, Contruction)
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, tools, and products.
- Equipment Operation: Using basic hand tools, power tools, or machinery as required for the job.
- Assembly & Production: Assisting in manufacturing processes, assembling parts, and ensuring quality control.
- Site Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, disposing of waste, and following safety protocols.
- Compliance & Safety: Wearing required PPE, following safety guidelines, and reporting hazards or incidents.
General labour (Farmhouse, Greenhouse)
- Planting & Harvesting: Seeding, watering, pruning, and harvesting crops or plants as per seasonal requirements.
- Soil & Crop Maintenance: Applying fertilizers, removing weeds, and ensuring proper plant care.
- Packing & Sorting: Grading, sorting, and packaging produce or plants for distribution.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Cleaning tools, repairing greenhouse structures, and ensuring proper irrigation.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Following workplace safety guidelines, using protective gear, and maintaining a clean environment.
Machine Operators (Lead Hand)
- Machine Operation & Monitoring: Set up, operate, and oversee machinery to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime.
- Team Supervision: Lead and assist machine operators, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintenance & Safety Compliance: Perform routine maintenance, report malfunctions, and enforce workplace safety guidelines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production logs, report performance metrics, and communicate with management on operations.
Loading / Off Loading (20 Feet Container/ 40 Feet Container)
- Manual Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from 20ft and 40ft containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Weight Distribution: Arrange cargo efficiently to maintain balance and prevent shifting during transport.
- Use of Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies (if required) to move heavy items.
- Inspection & Reporting: Check for damaged or missing items, report discrepancies, and ensure all products are accounted for.
- Safety Compliance: Follow proper lifting techniques, wear required PPE, and adhere to workplace safety protocols.
Sheet Metal Worker (Helper)
- Material Handling: Assist in measuring, cutting, and transporting sheet metal materials to work areas.
- Tool & Equipment Support: Set up and clean tools, operate basic hand tools, and assist with machinery as needed.
- Assembly & Installation: Help in assembling, fastening, and positioning sheet metal parts for ducts, panels, or other structures.
- Site Cleanup & Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, remove debris, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and assist in lifting or positioning heavy materials.
Forklift Operators (Counter Balance, Raymond Reach, Crown)
- Safe Equipment Operation: Operate Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, or Crown forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, or warehouse racks.
- Inventory Management: Move products to designated storage areas, ensuring accurate placement and record-keeping.
- Inspection & Maintenance: Perform routine checks on forklifts, report malfunctions, and ensure proper upkeep.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, adhere to weight limits, and operate machinery responsibly.
Forklift Operators (Roll/Box Clamp Operators, Chary Picker)
- Safe Equipment Operation: Operate Roll/Box Clamp forklifts and Cherry Pickers to transport, load, and unload materials safely.
- Material Handling: Securely grip, lift, and move rolls, boxes, or pallets without damaging products.
- Inventory & Storage: Place and retrieve items from high racks, ensuring proper stacking and organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct pre-operational checks, report any malfunctions, and ensure safe operating conditions.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, wear PPE, and adhere to load capacity limits.

Then The Agency Will Fill Out Form 7 Employees Report Of Injury And Send It To the Relevant WSIB.
All Efforts Will Be Made To Reemploy, After Recovery As Per The Doctor’s Recommendation.
